Our Needs:

We look to God alone for the providence of all our needs.  We consider this to be His ministry and that He is fully capable of providing for all its needs.  Therefore we never actively solicit donations of any kind.  Instead, we simply make available our list of needs to anyone whom the Lord may lead to to take part in this ministry through donations or other involvements.

1. Prayer - More than any other donation, we sincerely desire your prayers the most.  We believe that prayer is the most powerful privilege that God has given to mankind.  All prayers are welcome, but we also earnestly seek those who would be willing to become "Prayer Partners" with the ministry to regularly correspond with us regarding more specific prayer requests and who would set aside, frequent and regular time to intercede for this ministry.

2. Materials - The ministry maintains a prioritized purchase plan of items that we plan to buy as finances become available.  However, if persons or organization would be willing to donate the items themselves (or any other items that might be useful to NightLight Ministries, Inc.), material donations are also tax deductible and are gratefully accepted.  Please email us for further details or arrangements.

3. Finances - NightLight Ministries was formerly classified as a 501 (c)(3) Non-Profit Corporation under state and federal laws.  However, the corporation has since been dissolved and NightLight Ministries no longer operates as a tax-exempt charity.  The ministry is now a private company. 

All financial contributions are guaranteed to be used 100% for the work of the ministry.  Neither the staff (which currently consists of on myself - Tim Miller), nor anyone associated with NightLight Ministries ever profits financially from NightLight Ministries.   

All time and resources used by the ministry are donated without compensation, and we have no operating overhead.)  All expenses incurred in the course of creating, recording, duplicating and distributing material - electronic or on physical media, are covered entirely by personal donations and by sales of products and media.

If you would like to participate with NightLight Ministries financially or otherwise, your donations and contributions are most gratefully accepted.  However, please be aware that all donations made to the ministry can not be considered charitable donations, and are subject to all applicable tax law.  We regret that we do not yet have a mechanism for electronic contributions.  Therefore, they may be made by check or cash only.  Please email or write us for details or arrangements.
